The week of Halloween was one full of fun and educational activities! We were able to have a medical student come talk to us about bones on Wednesday, as well as cut, assemble, and glue our own skeletons afterwards. Later that afternoon we were able to take part in a pumpkin investigation! We weighed and measured our pumpkins as well as counted their lines and checked if they sank or floated. After our investigation was completed, we were able to carve our pumpkins in small groups wih a parent volunteer. On Thursday we celebrated Halloween by dressing up, having a parade, and completing Halloween centers in the classroom!
